If you’re looking for a true East-London experience you cannot miss Dalston Yard’s Street Feast. It is the summer foodie event every bearded man is talking about. The ultimate street food experience under Dalston’s urban sky.
I was there a couple of weeks ago, just before leaving London for my summer holidays. Actually, I had planned to go there since its opening in May but I worked, then I travelled then I forgot, then it suddenly became a priority: visit the Street Feast was on top of my London wishlist and, believe me, IT IS A LONG ONE. Also, all my friends had already been there, and they kept telling me it was just perfect for a blog post.
So, finally, here I am with a photo post about the amazing Street Feast!
It is an outdoor summer event that gathers the best international street food in London. From burgers to pizza, from tacos to ceviche, from jerk chicken to bbq ribs, from whoopie pies to ice creams, here you’ll find all those cool street food names you heard around. All in one place! And for a very affordable price per taster.
Let me tell you what will happen: first, you’ll be overwhelmed by the choice. Like, you’ll just want to try everything. Then, when you clear your mind from the fogs of overexcitement, you’ll do your best to try everything.
I had some very good Breddos tacos, a taste of the always-good Pilgrim Pizza, a delicious veggie Indian street food at Rola Wala, some bites of divine ribs at Smokestack and a yummy ice cream at Sorbitium. Here you find the complete list of traders, but they change every weekend.
I hope you enjoy the pics! Pleeease stay with me until the end of the post because there’s also a little video for you 🙂
